White Christmas (kinda)

I am in Hereford for Christmas and this is what I get to enjoy at home. It snowed a few days after Christmas.

Service of the Week

pandora.com

This is an incredible website. Think of it as personalized radio. If you like, say, Maroon 5 all you have to do is type in "Maroon 5" and it will create a playlist of Maroon 5 songs as well as songs from bands similar to Maroon 5. You can give the songs a thumbs up or a thumbs down and that will control how much of that band you want to hear. At the very least you should give it a try!

Scammed

This is really hard for me to admit, but I saw an ad on the Sprint website that said I could win a plasma TV if I sent a text to this 4-digit number. So, I got my cell phone bill yesterday. I got scammed...and charged $10 for sending that text. Don't fall for the same thing. Not that you would. You're probably less materialistic and smarter than I am.

This week was Saddleback's Global Summit on AIDS & the Church. Saddleback brought everyone from every country, political party, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, together to talk about issues. It was so rad to have all these people in one place.

Another really rad thing going on was the World Vision AIDS Experience. World Vision created a new genre of ways to promote AIDS awareness this this exhibit.

I'm glad to work at a church like this.
